Accepted Methods of Payment
DirtyHippo.co.za makes use of the Payfast.co.za payment gateway and accept Visa and Master Card credit card as well as EFT payments.
3D secure – Payfast complies with Verified by Visa and Master Card Secure Code which are global programs designed to make transacting on the internet safer and more secure for both buyers and sellers.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason you will be given the option to be refunded for the full amount or select a different product.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, of full payment.
Orders are shipped to the exact address specified. If the specified address is incorrect in any way, you will be recharged for the delivery cost.
Carriers
Dirty Hippo use the following carriers to deliver our orders: The Courier Guy, CourierIT, Dawn Wing and other.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided for every order and is for use on the Carrier’s tracking tools.
Indemnity
Dirty Hippo cannot be held liable for orders from when the Carrier collects the order for delivery.
Once an order is collected, Dirty Hippo considers the order as completed.
Dirty Hippo will assist in liaising with the Carrier to assist in tracking delayed or lost deliveries.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location and the weight and/or size of your products.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Shipping rates are non-refundable.
Back Orders
Unless expressly stated, Dirty Hippo does not allow back orders.
